Making love to Oprah Winfrey is a life-changing experience ... so says Terrence Howard, who claims the best part about doing a sex scene with the Big O in their upcoming movie was her "tig ol' bitties."

Seriously, Terrence said that in a recent interview with Movie Fanatic, in which he talks about his and Oprah's love-making scene in "The Butler," slated for release later this year.

Uh oh. Looks like Flo Rida has seen 50 Cent‘s boxing match challenge and is open to fight.

Days ago 50 Cent during an interview said if he ever had a boxing match with another rapper, he’d want it to be with Flo Rida because they both match up physically. Looks like 50 Cent may get his wish.

After seeing the video where 50 Cent jokingly made the challenge, Flo Rida has now responded to 50 and said “let’s go!” on his Instagram account.

May we actually see a fight between 50 Cent and Flo Rida? It could happen. The Miami based hit-maker just wants 50 Cent to tell him when he’s ready.

JIM JONES, THE GAME, BIZZY BONES Deducting Making-It-Rain $$$

Rapper Jim Jones is figuring out how to deal with Uncle Sam next month, and he's considering deducting expenses on his income tax for making it rain.  Well guess what, in theory he might have a fighting chance of winning.

Jones is not alone.  Bizzy Bone tells TMZ, "I'm giving charity to females who need their light bills paid.  So, of course, that's a write-off.  You write off your kids, don't you?"

The Game tells TMZ ... making it rain "is good for business and promotion that comes with the lifestyle of a rapper.  They bump our music in a strip club, so me giving the girls a little bit of change to shake their ass -- that comes with the business.  Everybody wins."

Daz Dillinger tells us, "Hell yeah.  I'm going to see about getting my taxes fixed as soon as possible."

And Lil' Flip tells TMZ he's actually done it ... deducted making-it-rain expenses from his taxes.

So here's the deal ... There are 2 possible ways a rapper could justify deducting strip club tips as a business expense:

1.  ENTERTAINMENT EXPENSES. These costs could be deducted if the rapper is entertaining a client, customer or employee and the expense is not "lavish or extravagant." So it might be hard for Drake to justify dropping 50K in a club, but another rapper who lets a grand fly would have a much better argument.

2.  ADVERTISING OR PUBLICITY. These expenses could be deducted if they are "reasonable ... and are directly related to [the rapper's] business." Funny thing ... a lot of rappers say making it rain is something they have to do to build their image so people will buy their records, so as crazy as it sounds, they may have a leg to stand on. 

But there's another problem -- those pesky receipts. Strippers don't typically take a time-out to pull a receipt out of their G-string.

The Kate Upton Twitpic Look Alike.

Plenty of women wish they looked like Kate Upton. Few can say they actually do. Even less have the star herself noting the similarities.

The two-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover model retweeted a photo from a girl named Ania, calling her “Me as Kate Upton” image “amazing.”

In the picture, Ania is posing almost identically to Upton’s recent magazine cover, unzipped white puffer jacket and all.

Ania’s Twitter, which has since been made private, lists her as living in Vancouver and Moscow. She describes herself as a “Mail order bride in training.”

Hopefully, posing for the image wasn’t as painful for Ania as it was for Upton. The 20-year-old stunner described the Antarctica photo shoot to People magazine as “the hardest shoot I’ve ever done.”

“When I came back I was losing hearing and eyesight because my body was shutting down,” she continued. “It was working so hard to keep me warm. My mom’s in my ear going ‘I told you not to go there. It’s a bad idea!’”

Upton recently turned Jimmy Fallon into a giggling pile of mush when she appeared on his show last week. We wonder if Ania would have the same effect.
