The woman who became famous for her scandalous tales of affairs with rappers is once again free.
Kat Stacks, real name Andrea Herrera, was arrested on a felony charge last year and faced deportation back to her native Venezuela. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained Herrera. The immigration court judge ruled she wasn't going to add anything to American society, and ordered her deported. Herrera appealed the decision, claiming she was a victim of sex trafficking and created the Stacks persona to survive. She eventually won her appeal
On Wednesday immigration Judge Jerry Beatmann Sr. signed the order for the 23-year-old’s release from a Louisiana immigration facility according to NBC Miami.
"
Finally out of dead town Lousiana! No more trailors and country music," she tweeted.
NBC spoke with Herrera's mother, Johnyelsi Cardenas, who said she was relieved her daughter had been set free.
"I’m excited. Oh my God, happy,” Cardenas said. “I can't wait to hug her.”
